Our accounting firm is recruiting a part time Administration Assistant (6hrs per day 5 days a week) to join our team based in Hamilton South.
Qualifications & experience
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a current drivers licence and your own reliable vehicle to allow for collection and posting of mail
- Experience in a professional office environment preferred, however some form of customer service experience essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensuring a smooth running of the front desk including greeting clients and answering all incoming phone calls
- Management of all office correspondence including electronic filing, copying, scanning and emailing
- Stationery and office supplies management
- Office diary management
- General administration duties as required
