Administration Assistant - Part-Time

WM Waste Management Services is a family run business that has been a leading provider of waste collection and recycling services for 39 years. We are a team of motivated, exceptionally professional, and friendly people who take recycling seriously, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to deliver high quality services.

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to be based at our Boronia depot. They will assist with overall administrative tasks across all 3 companies in the WM Group. 

We take employee health and safety extremely seriously and aim to always foster a culture of continuous improvement and friendliness. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Part time, 15-20 hours per week with flexible start and end times.
• Data entry, administration tasks and management of registers.
• To organize training and inductions for staff.
• To conduct fatigue management audits.
• Report HSE related incidents/injuries to management and assist with investigations of incidents.
