Job Description - Administration Manager - Innovative Company - Part-Time

Eziway Concrete is a well established business servicing the Shoalhaven area for over 40 years. We are a family run operation and are lucky to have a loyal team of staff who have been with us for many years. 

About the Role 

We have an opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join us. The successful applicant will become a key member of the staff and assist with the management of our growing business. The role will also involve providing overflow reception support for the sales and allocations staff in a busy office space. This does involve high level of customer interaction and an awareness of day to day operations. The position will be for five days a week working between 5-6 hours per day. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Preparing the weekly payroll and superannuation for up to twenty staff using MYOB software including interpretation of relevant awards and entitlements.
  • Accounts payable/receivable processing using MYOB software. 
  • Daily export of sales invoices, both account customers and COD customers from dispatch software. 
  • Entering supplier invoices. 
  • Daily bank reconciliations, handling and receipting of payments
  • Preparation of EOM statements and reporting to the Director, prior to them being paid. 
  • Management of Workers Compensation.
  • Annual reporting to Insurance company.
  • Managing claims and return to work procedures.
  • ATO reporting include monthly IAS and quarterly BAS reporting. 
  • Revenue of NSW Payroll Tax reporting.
  • Fleet registration management.
  • Administration of various insurance policies.
  • Document management and filing. 
  • Other sundry office administration duties, as required. 

About You 

As an integral member of our team you'll bring your previous experience in a similar position, along with a strong work ethic. Previous experience in construction products supply or logistics industry is favorable but not essential.

You'll also:

  • Show great attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Be well presented and be able to naturally engage with other staff and customers.  
  • You must display a high level of self- motivation, maturity in decision making processes and work unsupervised. 
  • Be willing to undergo a NSW police background check.
