Administration Officer

  • Employment Term: Permanent Part-Time (30 Hours Per Fortnight)
  • Location: Cairns
  • Remuneration: $51,730 (Pro rata) + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging

What makes a difference for us? 

We’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Lifeline team based in Cairns on a permanent, part-time basis (60 hours per fortnight). As a key support role to the delivery of our services,  you’ll play a pivotal role in providing support for the recruitment of team members and volunteers, maintaining accurate records, payroll submission, stock management and general communication.As an Administrative Officer you will have:

  • Experience working in an administrative operations environment  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 
  • Experience preparing reports and other documentation
  • Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
