Aquila Capital Management is a well-established lending firm in Australia’s private lending market. Whether for Construction, Site Acquisition, Residual Stock, Commercial or Development purposes, we take the time to combine our depth of knowledge, with innovative private funding solutions, to provide seamless opportunities which are tailored to meet our client’s unique funding demands.
This role will be primarily based around coordination of facilitating new facilities, client & investor management and a well-rounded range of tasks to perform. The main duties of this role include but are not limited to;
The Aquila business is a small but dynamic office as part of a larger group of companies in the professional services sector.
To be a successful applicant for this position, you will need a cheerful disposition, proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, display a high level of accuracy, initiative and motivation and have effective communication skills. You will need to work autonomously in managing your day to day duties, as well as possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
The role is a maternity leave cover position with the possibility of ongoing employment at the end of the term.
