Job Description - Administrator Coordinator (Night Shift- Adult Entertainment) - Part-Time

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our success. You'll enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing client information to coordinating schedules, all while working with a passionate and dedicated team. 

This position calls for a receptive attitude, engaging with a variety of individuals who rely on your discretion for their anonymity.

You must be suited to working night shifts. The shifts available at the moment are 8pm-3am and must be open to staying overtime if needed. 

The Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing Client Interactions:

  • Handle high volumes of calls and inquiries from clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Update and manage sensitive client information in databases to ensure accurate and current records.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and communication.

Team Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate team activities for a team of under 10 members.
  • Manage team members' time and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Assign and adjust new and existing jobs to team members based on their skills and availability.

General Administration and Marketing:

  • Maintain online advertising and business profiles to ensure a strong online presence.
  • Explore opportunities to generate new business and support company growth.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to directors as needed.
  • Maintain the upkeep of office spaces and other business premises to ensure a professional environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in client relations. (Previous Adult Entertainment Administration Experience is NOT required).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience with database management and updating client information.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Experience in online advertising and marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18.
  • Candidate must live in Sydney (or be willing to commute to and from the office without issues).
  • Ability to work late-night shifts.
  • Valid driver's licence and own a vehicle.
  • Legal working rights within Australia.
  • Flexibility with shift times.
