You’re role:

• Greeting children & families & supporting them to feel comfortable.
• Answering phone, actioning referrals and booking appointments
• Taking & receipting payments
• Organising scheduling for 8 allied health professionals
• Organising reception area
• Start and end of day procedures
• Booking and taking payments for intensive programs
• Booking & coordinating collaborative appointments with schools for allied health team
• Reading & responding to email correspondence & actioning bookings
• Taking information and booking assessments and appointments
• Being a valued part of an active, curious team & dedicated team
