AO3 Concierge Operations Officer - Part-Time

About Us:
This State Government department is dedicated to serving the public interest and ensuring the prosperity and well-being of our citizens. As an A03 Operations Officer/Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's mission and contributing to the success of their organization. 3 month contract initially with probability of extension based in Springwood. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake a range of on-site customer services and liaison tasks
• Registration, induction and training of DWC users
• Assist with coordinating minor works, deliveries and contractors
• Managing correspondence primarily through the Logan DWC email account.
• Undertake roles in First Aid/Floor Warden/Health and Safety officer/hygiene promotion
• Manage the online booking system (OfficeMaps) and the onsite security system (C-Cure)
• Managing supplies and consumables
• Assist with weekly data reporting

Other requirements:

• The role is based 3 days per week
• For operational reasons the work days are fixed as Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Other flexible working options may be negotiated (such as flexible start and finish times between 7am and 6pm).
