Appointment Setter - Urgent Position - Part-Time

CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a long-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services Company enjoying continued growth throughout Queensland.

To support our business development strategy, we are seeking a seasoned Appointment Setter to join our friendly team.

20 hours a week, Monday – Thursday 9.30 am – 2.30 pm 

What you’ll do:

• Warm calling prospective and existing business clients and securing appointments for Business Development colleagues to make presentations to clients
• Formulate and implement personal Appointment Setting campaigns
• Contact clients and prospective clients by phone and email, effectively negotiate ‘gatekeepers’, and capitalize on opportunities to: Market our services and products, establish clients’ potential needs, create prospects / qualified sales leads
• Identifying and compiling credible lead lists
• Updating and maintaining our client/prospective client database.

What you will bring to the team:

• Success in a similarly demanding, fast paced Appointment Setting position, including consistently meeting/exceeding targets
• Ability to quickly establish personal and professional credibility and establish effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Highly effective interpersonal, influencing and communication skills over the phone and in writing, an active listener adept at acquiring information through effective questioning, complemented by a highly professional telephone manner
• Above average tenacity, resilience, self-motivation and determination to consistently achieve targets
• Natural flair for organization and attention to detail, able to achieve high performance in a fast paced, deadline driven, results oriented environment
