Qualifications & experience

• Degree in business administration and Accounting, finance, and business management. Consideration will be given for a Certificate IV Bookkeeping with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficient level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Skilled in Microsoft programs including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel (Android and Apple)
• Xero (Advanced
• MYOB AccountRight (Advanced)
• Excel (Advanced)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Payroll processing (experienced)
• Manage payroll and superannuation payments.
• Ensure timely processing of financial transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with monthly and annual reporting.
• Assist in preparing and processing journals.
• Prepare reports for management
• Manage accounts payables and accounts receivable
• Working collaboratively, building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders and providing support to the wider team.
• Liaison and preparation of reports for the external accountants
• Ad hoc accounting duties
