Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the Finance and Accounts function from Accounts Payable to Month-end reporting, with compliance exposure. You will use your accounting skills to assist the Finance Manager in reporting and consolidating our finance function. Key Responsibilities & Focus

• End to end Accounts Payable functions 
• Bank and accounts reconciliation 
• Accounting and administration duties 
• Perform daily & month end processing, reconciliation and financial reporting
• Assist Finance Manager with compliance work and audits 
• Assist Finance Manager with miscellaneous financial projects 
• Proactively support the Finance Manager and the wider team

About You 

You are highly motivated individual, also an efficient and effective team member. You will be comfortable and experienced in undertaking a range of accounting activities, ensuring you are delivering results on time. The absolute key to your success in this role will be your razor-sharp attention to detail and your unwavering commitment to accuracy.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance functions with a SME
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office 
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity 
• Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment, ability to meet deadlines 
• Continuous improvement focus
• Willingness to learn, flexible, reliable and able to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment 
• Strong work ethics: a team player, enthusiastic, positive “can do” attitude
• A problem solver with strong logical & analytical thinking, desire to find solutions and achieve results 
• Previous experience in Epicor ERP system is desirable, but not essential
