About the Centre
Sunkids Mermaid Waters caters for 162 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout modern learning environments designed specifically for each age group.

If you have the desire to:

• Lead a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculum


• Be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment


• Be able to direct, lead and role model in all areas


• Have Fantastic Communication Skills


• Ideally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification


• Currently holds Child Protection Training Certificate CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025


• Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training


• Put the best interests of children first


• Help to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environment


• Assist with daily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management system


• Ideally have a sound knowledge of QikKids with experience as a Assistant Centre Manager
