About you:
- You will hold a Certificate 3 in Individual support or equivalent
- Previous experience in Residential Aged Care will be highly regarded
- Enthusiastic and friendly disposition with a focus on resident centred care
- Ability to commit to a regular roster, maintaining consistency for our residents and team
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently to meet the role requirements
- Current Police check or ability to obtain
