9am-3pm for four (4) days a week and 9am-5pm once a week with the potential for more hours and the view to make it a full-time position with the right applicant

Job Description
Our office is looking for an assistant property manager/cleaner to join our team on a part time basis with the possibility of full-time hours and career progression, with the view to grow and develop to become a full property manager.

The candidate will ideally have some experience in property management and/or real estate administration, a driver's license and be good with technology. A current certificate of registration is required for the role or the applicant is prepared to obtain the certificate in their own time within 3-months of commencing the role.

The candidate must be reliable, have a high attention to detail and at times be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must have good home internet and be able to work with the team remotely on their own in a quiet location with no distractions at home. They will be supplied with a work vehicle, laptop, phone, and iPad.

Experience in systems such as PropertyMe, 2Apply and Inspection Express will be advantageous however training will be provided regardless.

Start Small Property is a small family owned business. We specialise in Rooming and Shared Accommodation in Brisbane, Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Ipswich and Townsville. As such, we are different from your standard agency and there is something different to do every day.

The role will entail, and not be limited to, conducting inspections, responding to enquiries, organising maintenance requests, dealing with tenancy disputes, assisting your supervising manager and basic monthly cleaning (no bathrooms) to the common areas to some of the properties we manage

Remuneration considered based on experience and if you have a current certificate of registration
