• Supervise the smooth and effective operations of the Treasure Cove Gaming Bar
• Foster a positive and high-performing team culture through engaging and supportive leadership 
• Create a warm welcome and friendly conversation for customers, serving a wide variety of beverages to a high-quality standard
• Maximise sales opportunities through promotions, excellent knowledge of product and suggestive selling
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests

What you will bring to the role:

• Extensive experience in a bar & gaming venue
• Strong knowledge and skills in operating & maintaining gaming machines
• Experience supervising a successful bar & gaming team
• Understanding of responsible service of gaming and alcohol (RSA & RSG)
• High level knowledge and skills in bartending, making a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
• Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and emotional intelligence
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
