Position: Experienced Barista

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of barista experience
• Ability to set and adjust the coffee grind for optimal flavor
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and a genuine love for coffee

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our standards
• Set and adjust the grind to ensure consistency and quality
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work efficiently both alone and with other team members
