As a Bartender at Andiamo Restaurant & Bar, you’ll craft exceptional drinks featuring the finest local produce and celebrated Yarra Valley wines, all within a relaxed riverside atmosphere. Whether serving locals or visitors seeking tranquility, you’ll help make every moment unforgettable against the backdrop of Marysville’s spectacular landscapes.

As a Bartender at Peppers Marysville, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering outstanding service in our stunning riverside setting. Whether you’re expertly mixing cocktails or suggesting a local Yarra Valley wine, you’ll contribute to making every visit special.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests warmly and offer knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience
• Take orders and serve drinks efficiently, keeping service smooth and energetic
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting bar area at all times
• Support events and functions, helping to create a lively and engaging atmosphere
• Accurately manage bartending tasks including inventory control and cash handling

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly, approachable attitude with a guest-focused mindset
• Strong knowledge of beverages including, cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
