Job summary

TFK is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team for a long-term role (part time 16 hours per week). Successful applicant will be a flexible, friendly, proactive person with strong organisation skills. You will manage end-to-end financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial data.

Experience is essential. 

Financial Management and Administration

• Management of participants (clients)
• Payment processing.
• Resolve any issues identified with payments.
• Bas statements and end of month reports 
• budgeting 
• accounts payable and receivable 
• Bank reconciliation 
• Communicate with clients in a friendly professional manner.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience working in a client focused role.
• Demonstrated experience from an administration and bookkeeping role in a financial setting.
• A certificate in bookkeeping and/ or a membership with a professional bookkeeping association
• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• High level attention to detail
• High level time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency using client management systems and database applications.
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (in particular Excel)
• Proficiency using Xero 

Other requirements:

• Able to provide a police clearance 
• Working with Children Check
