We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Admin Office professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in bookkeeping, office administration, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefit administration
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Perform general office administrative duties including answering phones, handling mail, and maintaining office files and records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in an administrative office role
  • Proficient in XERO and MYOB 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration preferred
