Business Analyst- Salesforce

Work closely with stakeholders to help validate and further detailed business and user requirements through the detailed design phase in preparation to developing the user stories with the project and technical teams in readiness for system build. The system design will be led by the Service Designers in the Inclusive Access team however the project will require expertise including:

Experience/skills required:

• Demonstrated experience writing user stories for Salesforce platform including acceptance criteria
• Translating business and user requirements to user stories with acceptance criteria ready for development
• Work with Service designers to convert designs in to specific cod-able requirements, help identify gaps in requirements using your Salesforce experience
• Critic the design to make sure it can be built using Salesforce
• Take direction and work from Service Designers
• Responsible for delivering: Data dictionary, User Stories (functional and non-functional)
• Support Product Manager with Product backlog prioritisation and grooming to ensure alignment with Product roadmap
• Ability in converting ambiguity and unknowns into codable requirements, whilst facilitating the various teams to meet business and user /goals
• Experience working with vendors and/or external development to ensure users stories are built and tested to comply with Acceptance Criteria
• Open to sharing and leading best practice on business analysis role and toolkit with experienced multidisciplinary agile team

The role:

• Working closely with Service Designers and Product Manager on the detailed design of the system / solution outcome

• Proactively responsible for the development/updates of detailed business requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria for build

• Interpret and design data models to support database design

• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.

• Development of interaction specifications of the systemA
