Original Campus is an innovative and rapidly growing vocational education and English provider conveniently located in the Docklands.
We are currently looking for a passionate self-starter who can apply their previous knowledge and experience to increase our network of quality education agents.
Responsibilities
- Provide marketing and recruitment support for Original Campus.
- Grow our network of quality Asian international education agents.
- Conduct business development initiatives and event.
- Develop a marketing plan and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Meet sales and recruitment targets.
- Respond to education agent and student enquiries.
- Prepare agent feedback reports.
- Implement strategies to recruit high quality international students.
- Identify and develop new recruitment markets.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role at an international college and/or worked in an education agency.
- Experience working with international students.
- Demonstrated knowledge of international student recruitment markets.
- Proficient English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in at least one other language. (eg. Japanese, Thai)
- Excellent knowledge of the ELICOS & VET sector in Australia.
- Personable, well-spoken and confident.
- Demonstrated sales experience, the ability to achieve targets.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
- Self-motivated and productive.
- Strong relationship-building/networking skills
- Relate and identify with the mission and vision of the organization.
