MP Training and Recruitment is a locally owned company and registered training organisation (RTO 91454) in Albury-Wodonga. MP Training and Recruitment assists job seekers in finding employment opportunities, we help employers recruit the right staff on a temporary or permanant arrangement. We also offer nationally recognized training and professional development courses across Melbourne, Albury and Wodonga.
We are seeking an excellent Business Trainer to support individuals completing a Certificate III in Business as well as delivering other related training. Some of our learners are Trainees working for local businesses across Albury - Wodonga. As a Business trainer, you’ll provide support to our Trainees to complete their traineeship within the required time frame. You will engage with the Employer to assist with any issues that may be arising and work collaboratively to resolve them. You will also Deliver relevant content related to business operations, administration, digital skills and customer service to other individuals and groups. You will have an engaging and motivating approach to the support that you provide.

Experience in a similar role and work expereince in a corporate enviroment will be advantageous. This is a part time role with flexible hours ( during core business hours) . This position has the potential to increase hours in the future in line with company growth.
