Torquay, QLD | Licensed Capacity: 74 | $36.96 – $45.51 per hour (including 25% casual loading)

Busy Bees at Fraser Coast is looking for passionate and flexible Casual Educators to support our service during busy periods, team leave, and programming needs. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy variety, flexibility, and being part of a supportive early learning community.

As a Casual Educator, you’ll work alongside a welcoming team to deliver engaging learning experiences while maintaining the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Support daily routines and learning experiences across all age groups

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Follow centre policies, procedures, and the National Quality Framework

• Work flexibly across shifts based on centre needs

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)

• Current QLD Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• A flexible and reliable approach to work

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
