The Opportunity: Buyer’s Agent Recruitment Manager

Permanent Part-Time | Hybrid | Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane

We're scaling our national network of expert buyer’s agents—and we need a recruitment leader to make it happen.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Process: Run end-to-end recruitment for buyer’s agents with pace, precision, and quality.
• Hunt & Attract Top Talent: Proactively identify, engage, and excite talent in competitive markets.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate across internal teams and external networks to widen our reach.
• Be Our Brand Champion: Represent Lendi Group with energy, credibility, and passion for what we do.
• Elevate Candidate Experience: Deliver unforgettable candidate journeys that reflect the strength of our brand.
• Provide Strategic Insights: Share hiring data, market trends, and pipeline health with senior stakeholders.
• Fuel the Future: Create and nurture talent pools that support long-term growth and scalability.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven recruitment experience—ideally in real estate, sales, mortgage broking, or financial services; or a strong sales background with the drive to pivot into TA.
• Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, and open to a hybrid working model.
• Strong multitasker with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with ease.
• Collaborative, curious, and driven—someone who thrives in high-performance environments.
• A genuine passion for connecting people with purpose and crafting exceptional candidate experiences.
