Your opportunity 

As a casual Carer at Goodhew Gardens and Bay Breeze in Taren Point, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports our residents to live with dignity and purpose. Candidates with availability between Monday to Thursday AM & PM shifts are preferred.

To thrive in this role, you will need: 

• A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work Mondays to Thursdays preferred
• The ability to work independently, and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development.

You will also have: 

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computing skills to manage care documentation and communications.
• Experience using mobility aids and assisting with daily living activities.
