About the Role

As a Carer in our ACT Casual Pool, you can enjoy the flexibility of choosing shifts that suit your lifestyle while gaining experience across our four beautiful residential homes in Page, Curtin, Lyneham, and Kaleen.No two days are the same — every shift brings new experiences, new residents to support, and new opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will:

• Work collaboratively with residents and their families to deliver personal care
• Provide high‑quality, timely, and effective care in line with individual care plans
• Support residents to maintain independence and engage in meaningful daily activities
• Follow a person‑centred approach that recognises individual goals and preferences
• Contribute to risk management and continuous quality improvement
• Build strong working relationships with teams across multiple sites
• Enjoy the freedom of selecting shifts that fit around your life

About You
