Licensed Capacity: 106 places
Casual Hourly Rate: $36.96 – $45.51 (incl. 25% casual loading)

Follyfoot Farm by Busy Bees is a unique early learning environment set on a picturesque rural property in Fountaindale. We’re seeking enthusiastic and flexible Casual Educators to join our vibrant team and support our mission to provide meaningful, nature-based learning experiences for children.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:

• Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions

• Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF

• Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards it) – ACECQA approved

• Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate

• Experience working in early learning (preferred)

• Confidence working across all age groups
