The role

At 4WD Supacentre we pride ourselves on giving customer's a great sales experience. As one of our Sales Representatives you will have the knowledge and skills to speak with our customers about their outdoor journey and recommend products suitable for their adventure, their budget and their set up.

• Proactively greet and interact with customers
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to our product range
• Demonstrate and explain products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
• Answer customer's questions about our product range, use and compatibility
• Retrieve products from the sales floor, stock room or other inventory locations as required, and consistent with internal safety processes.
• Process sales through the POS system and collects payments in accordance with company policy.
• Process returns in accordance with ACCC rules and internal claims processes

About you

• This role is not a behind the counter role, you will need to be comfortable approaching customers of all ages, backgrounds and camping experiences to sell our products.
• A career minded sales professional passionate about outdoors who enjoys camping trips with friends/family
• Individuals familiar with Adventure Kings product range is desirable.
• You will be extremely motivated to reach the sales targets
• Ability to regularly work weekends
• Experience with 12 volt systems will be an advantage
