About the Centre
Sunkids Rochedale is a purpose-built centres that cater for 150 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout 8 fully-serviced, modern learning rooms designed specifically for each age group.

About the Role
As a Centre Cook you will have a passion for providing healthy nutritious meals daily to the children, as well as:

• Be able to prepare, implement and evaluate the nutritional content of menus for children of all ages


• Have experience in bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management and budget control


• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, in accordance with Food and Council Authority requirements


• Ability to cater for individual child requirements including allergies, specific dietary requirements and needs


• Ability to work 5 days per week highly regarded

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Centre Cook/Chef within an Early Learning setting


• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate


• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Asthma Management Certificates


• Current Blue Card
