The Role

Crown Melbourne is proud to feature 88 Noodle, a vibrant dining destination offering the finest Southeast Asian and Northern Chinese cuisine. This role plays a pivotal part in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of excellence.

In this role, you’ll help create joyful experiences through genuine care for guests. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the team with daily kitchen operations, including preparation and service
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
• Contributing to a dynamic team environment with strong planning and organisational skills

About You

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen (experience with Southeast Asian or Northern Chinese cuisine is advantageous)
• Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, late nights, and peak periods
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification

Qualifications

• Expertise in Asian cuisine, including wok, noodle, and roast skills

Due to the demands of the role, including the required working hours and the continuous nature of the work, only individuals with full working rights will be considered.



To be successful, you’ll be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays.
