We’re currently seeking skilled and dedicated Chefs of all genders to join our back-of-house team at Crystal Club in part-time roles. This is your opportunity to be part of an exclusive culinary environment where precision, presentation, and premium service are paramount.

The Opportunity

As a Chef at Crystal Club, you’ll play a key role in delivering elevated dining experiences that reflect Crown’s Service Excellence values — Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care. You’ll work in a refined, fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency and flair
• Supporting daily kitchen operations and service delivery
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Collaborating with a diverse and inclusive team to exceed guest expectations

You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in premium or high-volume commercial kitchens
• A strong understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)
• Availability to work part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence

Please Note:

Due to the demands of the role, including the required working hours and the continuous nature of the work, only individuals with full working rights will be considered.



To be successful, you’ll be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays. 

Important:

When submitting your application, please ensure you upload a copy of your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
