Chef de Partie - Birdie Bar & Brasserie

Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, nestled in Novotel Sydney City Centre our beautiful and vibrant Birdie is looking for a talented culinary enthusiast to join us as a Chef de Partie.

Supervising primarily the breakfast operation, you work closely with our Head Chef delivering thoughtful service to our valued guests. You will be a calm & adaptive leader, who inspires your team to deliver exceptional food & service.

To be considered for this role, we are seeking a candidate who can work over 30 hours per week flexibly. 

• Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a venue or hotel environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking  techniques and styles.
• Demonstrated experience leading staff.
• Exemplary communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
• Available for a rotating rosters that include early morning starts.
