The role

Are you a passionate and skilled chef looking for an exciting opportunity? Crown Melbourne's IDs is seeking talented chefs to join our dynamic team. We cater to 3,000 employees daily, providing a diverse and delicious dining experience.

In this role you'll:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our daily buffet, ensuring high quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to Crow's 5-star and OH&S standards.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Work within a dynamic team environment, displaying strong planning and organisational skills.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Experience in high volume catering and production within a similar commercial kitchen environment would be advantageous  
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

To be successful, you’ll be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays. 



This role requires full Australian working rights.
