The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Childcare room Leaders to join our Centres.
In your role, you will be leading your team of passionate Educators to develop and implement enriching programs for ages 0-5. You will work alongside our Educational leader and will be a valued part of Management team.
You will develop strong relationships and engagement with the children in your care, transparent and caring partnerships with the families, while being a positive role model, engaged leader, active contributor, and mentor to your team.

You’ll need: - Diploma or Teaching degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognized by ACECQA (Can be currently studying & working Towards this degree)
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate or willing to obtain.
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with children, families and team members.
- A commitment to ongoing forms of team engagement to create a fantastic work culture.
