Receptionist/Administration Assistant - www.truehealthsolutions.com.au
We are a high profile and well established Chiropractic and Wellness clinic based in Carlton North and Hampton.
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to join our friendly energetic team. Mainly for the Carlton Clinic.
**Casual rate of $30 per hour + Super + complementary Chiropractic care and further clinic benefits & discounts. 8 weeks + of onsite training will be provided at $25/h.
NOTE: This position is based in Carlton however we may require you to work in our Hampton clinic from time to time. **Own transportation and drivers licence is a must.
** Approx. 8hrs - 10hr per week + (or more if desired) with the expectation you will be joining us for min 12months + Commitment is required - this is not a casual holiday job.
** Casual position and rates above (which is preferred by current employees) however part -time negotiated package will be considered for right candidate if preferable.
** As we are a high profile clinic dealing with exclusive clientele - a high level of confidentiality and professionalism is required at all times. The successful applicant will be highly organised, neatly-presented, mature and with a bright, caring nature and nurturing excellent communication skills.
The daily responsibilities include managing the front desk, answering e-mails and phone calls, taking payments and health fund with complete accuracy, follow procedures, scheduling appointments, recalling patients, welcoming patients and managing day to day operations of the clinic.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask under pressure without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Top candidates will be detail-oriented and service-driven.
Previous experience in a similar position is required - preferably in a Chiropractic clinic or studying Chiropractic. Full training and support will be provided and there is an expectation you will already be highly proficient computer and office admin skills.
