Classroom teachers play a significant role in assisting the school to improve student performance and educational outcomes determined by the school strategic plan and state-wide priorities and contributing to the development and implementation of school policies and priorities.
A critical component of this work will focus on increasing the knowledge base of staff within their school about student learning and high quality instruction to assist their school to define quality teacher practice.

The successful applicant will run the MacqLit intervention reading program from years 3-6, in small groups, 3-7 students in each group. Click the link for more information on this program.
This is a part-time position advertised for 4 days a week, days and hours can be negotiated for the successful applicant.
A two day professional development course will be provided to the successful applicant, this free course will provide the applicant with the neccessary skills to run this reading program. Click the link above for more details regarding this training.
