At AusProperty Maintenance, we provide reliable, high-quality property maintenance solutions to real estate agencies and property managers across Melbourne. We are looking for an articulate, motivated, and proactive individual to join our team in an entry-level capacity, supporting our outbound client outreach, lead generation, and quoting process.

The Role

This is an entry-level role centered around outbound communication (a mix of warm follow-ups and cold outreach) and quote preparation. You will be reaching out to real estate agents—both those who have already interacted with our brand and new prospective agencies—as well as checking online portals for incoming job requests and sending out competitive quotes.

If you are confident speaking on the phone, resilient, write clear, professional emails, and want to gain hands-on experience in business development and client operations, this is a great place to start.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach (Warm & Cold): Call and email real estate agents and property managers—both following up on warm leads and introducing our services to new prospective agencies—to identify maintenance needs and set up introductory meetings.

• Portal Monitoring & Quoting: Monitor online job portals where property managers log maintenance requests, assess job requirements, and prepare and issue quotes.

• HubSpot CRM Management: Track all calls, emails, new prospects, and quote statuses using HubSpot (full training provided).

• Client Relationship Building: Maintain an approachable, professional tone to establish trust and long-term working relationships with agencies.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong Communication Skills: A clear, polite, and confident phone manner, alongside solid, professional written communication.

• Outbound Confidence: Comfortable picking up the phone to introduce the company, handle cold introductions, and follow up persistently.

• Attention to Detail: Careful and accurate when logging lead details and putting together quotes.

• Willingness to Learn: Fast learner with everyday software and web portals. No prior HubSpot experience is necessary—we will train you from scratch.

• No Extensive Experience Required: Ideal for recent school leavers, university students, or anyone looking to kickstart a career in business development, sales support, administration, or real estate.
