About the role

There is now an exciting opportunity available for an experienced client service manager to join our team at The Loan Room.

In this role, you will work closely with new and existing clients, providing annual reviews of their home loans and contacting them to see if we can provide further assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Contact via phone and email, both new and existing clients on a daily basis.
2. Manage 6 monthly pricing on current clients loans.
3. Complete annual reviews for past clients, including property reports and pricing on their current interest rate(s).
4. Contact new and past clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and to book in appointments with their broker.
5. Assisting team members and other office duties as required.
6. Answer incoming phone calls.

What we’re searching for:

1. Great phone skills are an essential- you MUST enjoy talking on the phone!
2. Bubbly, friendly and enthusiastic with clients.
3. 2+ years customer service experience in a similar role (either from the banking sector or with a mortgage brokerage).
4. Experience with maintenance pricing across multiple lenders.
5. A high level of professionalism at all times.
6. Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking.
7. Ability to self-motivate and have a positive attitude.
8. Ability to meet KPIs surrounding calls and appointments booked.
9. Must demonstrate alignment with our values.
