About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team on a part time basis working approximately 25 hours a week. The ideal candidate would have experience in a fast-paced environment controlling the administration operations of the firm. 

This role requires excellent time management skills, an eye for detail and strong communication skills. 

This role is ideally suited to a confident self-starter, who is comfortable with working from home 100% of the time, including someone returning to the workforce after a career break, or those wishing to work school hours.  

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • ASIC corporate secretarial duties.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an accounting or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanour and a dedication to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.
  • Working with cloud-based Accounting and Tax software would be an advantage, however comprehensive training would be provided.
