Client Services Officer - Part-Time

My client currently seeks an energetic, switched on and professional Client Service Officer. They are a busy Accounting firm based in Spring Hill. This role offers flexibility and would be a permanent part time arrangement.
  
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:-

• Perform general administration
• Receive and review all client source documents and liaise with clients regarding any missing information and general enquiries.
• Proactively manage client relations and communications with the firm 
• Assist Accountants with client work including setting up budgets, tax return files, printing of financial statements, collation, preparation of electronic working papers, rolling forward accounts and entity set up.
• Complete filing tasks and maintain the integrity of the filing system at all times.
• Prepare correspondence for general client distribution including information updates, checklists, newsletters and thank yous etc.

• Track record in time management and the ability to multitask
• Superb communication and written skills
• You will be professional, mature and highly organised
• Have the ability to liaise with a broad range of clientele.
• Be able to work autonomously
• Excellent word and excel skills
• A positive work attitude
