Job Title: Clinic Assistant/Receptionist

Hours: Part-Time

Location: Glen Waverley, VIC 3150

Our family-friendly, long-established (over 40 years), and highly regarded clinic located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburb of Glen Waverley, Victoria welcomes an outstanding applicant to join our dynamic team. 

General duties will include, but are not limited to, all aspects of working as a Clinic Assistant/Receptionist such as front desk, answering commander phone system, appointment scheduling, processing payments, administration coordination, general tidying of the clinic, greeting and welcoming clients, client follow-ups, account follow-ups, scanning/filing and computer operations.

Clinic Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 1:30pm | 1:30pm - 6:30pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 2:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 1:30pm

The successful applicant must be/have:

• Enthusiastic
• A people person
• Able to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Advanced computer and keyboard skills
• Desire to excel and learn.

Essential Requirements:

• Must be triple vaccinated for Covid-19
• Must be available to work Saturdays.

On-the-job training and guidance will be provided by management and peer colleagues, along with ongoing support.
