About this role
NMHS contains Western Australia’s largest Mental Health Service caring for youths, adults and older adults. Services are delivered through inpatient units, community mental health clinics and day therapy and outreach programs to a catchment area of almost 1 million people. State-wide and Tertiary Mental Health Services include research, forensics, neurosciences, art therapy, eating disorders and other specialised services.
Youth Mental Health is comprised of Youth Axis, YouthLink, Youth Hospital in the Home (YHITH), Youth Community Assessment & Treatment Team (YCATT), Youth and Adult Complex Attentional Disorders Services and Gender Pathways Service (GPS). These services work collaboratively to provide a range of services to improve the mental health and wellbeing of young people across metropolitan Perth.
The Clinical Nurse provides a range of specialised youth mental health interventions and care coordination within a community setting in an intensive manner in consultation with the multidisciplinary team.

This position reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
What we are looking for
We are currently seeking to appoint dynamic, enthusiastic, and suitably qualified individuals to join the Clinical Nurse team at Youth Mental Health (YMH).
We encourage applications from highly capable and values-driven nurses with experience in youth, child & adolescent, community, OR inpatient mental health that are motivated to expand their skills and experience in Youth Mental Health.
