    About Role

    As a Clinical Nurse with us, you'll primarily engage in clinical duties while also managing assigned portfolios tailored to your career development plan. You'll have the opportunity to lead and mentor student nurses, enrolled nurses, and junior registered nurses, fostering a supportive environment for growth. Your contributions will shape the future of healthcare in our community.

    As well as working as a Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department, successful applicants will have opportunity to be involved in after-hours hospital coordination, supporting clinical care across the whole site, resource management and patient flow.

    Essential Criteria

  • Registered Nurse status or eligibility with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practicing certificate
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in guiding and directing nursing staff
  • Experience in quality improvement activities and integrating nursing research into practice is desirable
  • Experience in emergency department triaging and service coordination is a plus
