The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior dental assisting and dental reception experience 
• Leadership skills including the ability to motivate others and build relationships quickly
• Candidate must have previous experience as dental assistant and reception
• An energetic approach to keep pace with our energetic dentists
• Interest in stock control, staff rostering and management;
• A passion for the dental industry and patient care
• Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach
• Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
