Activ Pathways is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) established by Activ in to deliver a variety of qualifications and general work skills training in industry specific areas.
Due to an increased demand for training in Perth Metro and regional areas, we are looking to engage a Clinical Trainer & Assessor to deliver key training in; - Medication, diabetes, dysphagia, bowel care, peg feeding, dementia, epilepsy, midazolam and urinary catheter management.
Working 4/5 Days per week this position will be appointed on a casual basis and require the flexibility to travel to our regional sites and customers throughout WA.
A typical day in the role may look like……
Delivering accredited and non-accredited programs through face-to-face training both on and off the job; Coordinating, delivering, monitoring and reporting on participant progress, supporting learners with a varying range of abilities; Ability to engage students whilst delivering face to face training with attention to quality service. The ideal candidate will have: -
A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within a large organisation Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification Have the Flexibility to travel – essential Current Nurse Registration with AHPRA, EN or RN Extensive experience in the development and delivery of clinical training initiatives Detailed knowledge and understanding of Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) requirements Understanding of community and social issues related to disability service provision Submitting your application is easy , all we need is your current CV and a few questions answered and then one of the team will be in touch.
