What you will bring to the role:

• Trade qualified Commis Chef with experience in a hotel kitchen environment
• Commitment to 5-star quality and standards
• Able to work in a team, reporting to the Head Chef
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP, able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
