As a Commis Chef  team in Nineteen, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside some of the best Chefs in exclusive rooftop restaurant!

A few of your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth execution of your allocated work-station
• Follow directions of the senior kitchen team
• Advise management of all stock requirements
• Conduct on-the-job training and mentoring for Cooks and Apprentice Chefs

What are we looking for:

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights and public holidays
• Previous experience working in a busy and fast-paced kitchen
• The ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate and work as part of the team
• Have a "can do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques
