Job Description - Communications and Content Manager

At Inlogik, we’re proud to be a global leader in Corporate Credit Card and Expense Management solutions, empowering businesses across 30+ countries. Our innovative products drive efficiency and transparency, making a real difference in how organisations manage their finances.

To successfully execute our brand, marketing, and growth initiatives, Inlogik is looking for a dedicated Communications and Content Manager to craft compelling narratives, drive internal and external engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

With major initiatives underway such as a brand refresh, CX training, website revamp, ICP refinement, and a global demand strategy we need a specialist who can develop high-impact content, support campaign execution, and streamline communication efforts. This role will be critical in turning strategic ideas into clear, engaging, and action-driving content that connects with both our internal teams and external audiences.

This role is a part-time opportunity (3 days a week)

About the role:

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across internal and external channels.

  • Craft consistent and compelling brand, product, and executive messaging that aligns with company goals.

  • Support GTM efforts with sales enablement and launch content.

  • Ghostwrite thought leadership, speeches, and social posts for executive leaders (CEO, CCO, CRO).

  • Produce co-marketing content in collaboration with partners and distributors.

  • Manage media relations and prepare press releases as needed.

  • Build and maintain a cross-channel content calendar aligned with marketing, product, and brand initiatives.

  • Plan content across the full customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention.

  • Repurpose and repackage content for multiple formats (e.g. blogs, social, email, video).

  • Write, edit, and manage high-quality content: articles, web pages, case studies, whitepapers, emails, and more.

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to bring stories to life visually and interactively.

  • Write internal communications such as company updates, newsletters, and leadership messaging.

  • Support change communications and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR.

  • Create SEO-optimised content with strong understanding of keyword research, metadata, and on-page SEO.

  • Use tools such as Yoast, SEMRush, SurferSEO, or Google Search Console to guide optimisation efforts.

  • Manage website content via CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow).

  • Schedule and distribute content via social media and email marketing platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot).

  • Track and analyse content performance using GA4, email platforms, and social insights.

About you:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or editorial roles. Proven experience developing and managing communications strategies for B2B, SaaS, or tech brands.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across a wide range of formats and audiences.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, HR, and creative teams.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and digital engagement strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines with confidence and clarity.

Bonus: Experience in media relations, PR, or crisis communication.

Inlogik benefits:

  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Enjoy a flexible schedule that works for you.

  • Competitive Remuneration: Receive a rewarding salary package.

  • Hybrid Working: Balance your work and personal life with our adaptable arrangements.

  • Birthday Leave: An additional paid leave day on your birthday.

  • Social Activities: Participate in inclusive team and company events.

  • Health & Well-being: Access wellness programs that support your health.

  • Recognition Programs: Celebrate your achievements and contributions.

  • Supportive Environment: Join a culture that values your growth and success.

  • Excellent Culture: Be part of a thriving organization where diversity and inclusion are a priority.
