Changing Health Systems (CHESS) identifies challenges in the health system and co-designs consumer-driven, integrated and holistic solutions that aim to improve care experiences and inform best practice.
The Community Integration Advisor will work directly with First Nations communities to localise and implement the Tracking Cube at each site. Guided by community leadership, this role will facilitate co-design processes to ensure the Tracking Cube reflects the unique cultural, linguistic, and operational needs of each site.
This position requires strong relationship-building skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to Indigenous data sovereignty and governance, ensuring all adaptations are community-led and culturally responsive.

This is a fixed term (ending 30 November 2027), part-time (0.2 FTE) position based at Griffith University Gold Coast campus however the role will require travel across communities.
Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full-time base salary for a SRA grade 2 is in the range $113,228 - $117,473 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total package is in the range $132,476 - $137,443 per annum.
