About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Can:Do 4kids scheduling team, providing strategic and operational guidance. This position also involves supporting a progressive quality improvement culture ensuring compliance with  the highest standards of  governance,risk management and related systems and processes.

  • Reporting to and supporting the  Group Chief Executive to oversee quality, governance and risk management systems and processes.
  • Lead a high performing team that works collaboratively toward achieving the organisation’s goals.
  • Enhance business growth through the delivery of operational improvements across team for the benefit of clients and staff.
  • Support team development by implementing professional development training plans that align with individual needs.
  • Oversee budget and financial management of the Can:Do4Kids Scheduling and Support team of 5 staff across two centres.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) & NDIS Quality Safeguarding framework in the area of early childhood development.
  • Relevant experience in the allied health sector is highly advantageous and desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, evaluating and maintaining quality risk, governance and compliance systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams in operational and client improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, collaborate and build relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
  • Ability to travel and work across Can:Do Groups two Centres based in Hindmarsh, Adelaide and Colonnades Shipping Centre, Noarlunga.
